Michelle’s professional costume design work has been featured in theatres throughout the country, including at the Cleveland Play House, La Jolla Playhouse, The Old Globe, Ohio Light Opera, San Diego Repertory Theatre, Porthouse Theatre, Summit Performance Indianapolis, Crossroads Repertory Theatre, North Coast Repertory Theatre, Moxie Theatre, and many others.
Her writing and scholarship has been featured at ATHE and USITT, in TD&T, HowlRound, TheatreForum International Performance Journal, at World Stage Design and the Prague Quadrennial, and in the USITT Teaching Archive.
She currently serves as Associate Professor of Costume Design; Design/Tech/Production Coordinator; and Graduate Coordinator in the School of Theatre and Dance at Kent State University.
